Nobody knows concrete garages better than we do, and in conjunction with NICEIC approved electricians we offer a complete garage installation pack for new or existing installations.

From experience we suggest that our garage electric pack includes as a minimum

1. 4-Way Consumer Unit with RCD Protection Fully IP Rated to 17th Edition wiring regulations. (IP RATED MEANING FULLY INSULATED AND SEALED)
2. One double power point
3. 4ft fluorescent tube with diffuser and switch

In addition we offer security lighting(add £109), additional power-points(£29 each) and lights(£46 each), outdoor power for patios, decking, pathways, sheds and ponds.

What isn't included are the arrangements for the supply to be fed from your home, we will be more than pleased to offer an individual quotation based upon distance from property and the suitability of your current household supply. Please note: Due to the new 17th Edition wiring regulations the wiring within your property needs to be protected by an RCD (Residual Current Device) and have Mains, water and Gas earth bonding. This will be checked on site visit at no extra cost.

All works will be guaranteed for 2 years and a full NICEIC certificate provided 10 days after the installation
